vcv99 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Enjoy entertainment within your limits. vcv99 is committed to ensuring a safe, healthy, and enjoyable gaming experience for you.
Gaming Should Be For Fun, Not Stress
Online casino and betting is primarily a form of entertainment. vcv99 believes every player should sit down to play with their budget, time, and mental well-being in mind.
No one can guarantee earnings from gambling, and it should not be thought of as a source of income. We want you to always play in control and enjoy yourself.
At vcv99, we provide various protective tools for players — deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion — which you can use at any time.
vcv99 Safety Tools
We offer several effective methods to keep your gaming experience safe. Contact our 24/7 live chat support to use any of the tools below.
Deposit Limit
Set the maximum amount you can deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect automatically and going beyond your budget is not possible.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel tired or stressed after playing for a long stretch, you can take a break from your account for a set period — such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, logging in or making deposits will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is getting out of your control, choose long-term self-exclusion. With this step, your account will be completely closed for a specified period.
Gaming History Review
You can view your past betting activity, deposit and withdrawal records at any time. Analysing your own habits makes it much easier to make informed decisions.
24/7 Support
Contact us via live chat or email for any issue or question. Our Bengali-speaking support team is always by your side.
Minor Protection
Through account verification, we ensure that only those aged 21+ can play on the platform. Use passwords and parental controls to protect minors who use your device.
Follow These Tips to Stay Safe
Experts say building healthy gaming habits is not very difficult — it only takes following a few simple rules.
Set a budget before you play and never deposit more than that amount.
Do not try to recover money you have lost — that mindset is the biggest risk.
Decide on a time limit for each session in advance and stick to it.
Do not bet while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when you are under mental stress.
Do not think of gambling as a profession or a main source of income — it is entertainment only.
Spend time with family and friends — do not let gaming affect your social life.
Make regular use of vcv99's deposit limit and time-out features.
Be Careful If You Notice These Signs
There are some early warning signs of problematic gaming — recognising them early makes it possible to manage the situation before it gets worse.
You are spending more than your set budget and find it hard to stop.
You feel a repeated urge to play in order to recover money you have lost.
You are giving gaming more priority than family, work, or studies.
You are hiding your gambling or lying to loved ones about it.
You feel restless, anxious, or irritable when you are not gambling.
You are betting with borrowed money or by drawing on your savings.
